Joey L. was so helpful. I made an appointment and I was accommodated right away and prioritize with Appointment always recommend making an appointment. His customer service is excellent he is knowledgeable, and phenomenal Customer Service I am so happy! I left very satisfied… I am not a fan of all the tech issues so grateful for geek squad and so grateful for Joey.

I have had to take in my computer multiple times they couldn't fix my computer and lied about testing it. Overall they did a horrible job and almost made it worse. Very disappointed in there work DONT COME HERE!
Do not buy the Geek Squad warranty when you purchase a TV from Best Buy. Our Samsung TV screen went bad and its been months and they keep scheduling an appointment to replace it and either they no show or they cancel. The TV is at the local Best Buy store so it is in stock. After the cancellation you end up spending hours on the phone to reschedule. I won't be buying products from Best Buy since they don't stand by their products or their warranty.
