I recently bought a Gamer computer, trying to set it up it’s been a bit of a slow process, I called the geek squad for help… they charge $163.00 for a service to install it properly, they got the payment and hanged up the phone on me as soon as I star asking questions, now I have no one to talk, $163 less and a uninstalled $1500 computer on my sons desk Stay away from this store! Total scam

Extremely slow service; these nerds couldn't even fix my laptop after having it for months, so unreliable.
Extremely talented technician gave me wonderful advice, and I will continue to be a good client with them. They’re very honest and tell you the truth I like that.
I had a fantastic experience with the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Baldwin.
