Tried to call about a question regarding a product they had in store that I couldn’t find online. Called them and was directed to a call center. If I wanted a call center I would call the main service number not the store. Obviously they couldn’t help because they themselves weren’t at the store. Waste of time I’ll go buy my tech from someone who can answer a phone call who’s actually at that store.

A couple of weeks ago I purchased Microsoft 365, got home and could not link my current biz email to Outlook. I came back to get assistance and was blown off by Melate because she had an appointment. So she assigned Aaron who just clocked in to assist, but he was new and asked Brian for help who is the lead of both of them.
