Waiting at home for five hour window for TV installation. They took me off the schedule and did not notify me. That’s straight disrespectful. I need some compensation for my time.

This company has been charging my account $620.99 for a subscription that never was order. They got a hold of my software account on my computer, later I found out that when I turn the software on, they were automatically notified. I have not been able to get rid of this people for 2 years. When you question their behavior, they respond irrationally by saying to FILL OUT A CANCELLATION FORM when there’s no other alternative but a phone number where people refuse to cancel it for you. 😡 I am going to write BBB and Consumer C... read more
