Overcharged for services not delivered. Needed an OS reinstall to fix a wifi issue, the stated charge was $99.99. I told them exactly what the problem was and what need to be done. Charged me a diagnostic fee, virus removal and corrupt OS repair totaling $249.99, none of which was done. The only thing done was an OS reinstallation (which I could have done myself but I was out of town and my wife needed the computer).
