Customer service is horrible. Ask them a question, they’ll go to the back for much longer than necessary just to get an answer. Never coming back to any Geeksquad location. They won’t update you on repair statuses, if you have an Apple product go directly to any Apple Store, you’ll be much better off.
Danny did a great job at help me set up my printer, as well as recommending me better printers in the future.
Great customer service over the phone. The person we spoke to was honest about the wait time without appointment and pricing approximation. Upon arrival to the store the wait was about 30 min or less and Isaac was there to help. Isaac was understanding, quick, and an excellent example of amazing customer service.
