My laptop wouldn’t turn on! Jorge and Justin took a look at it and 5 minutes later it was on and I don’t see any problems with the files. All this done in a kind and friendly manner. Great job and great service!

Data transfer from laptop to all in one. Their service sucks. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I went back and forth about about writing a review. However, after looking through my files, I am now pissed. I cannot find anything relevant. ALL OF MY COMMERCIAL FILES ARE SPREAD OUT EVERYWHERE. When I asked about the transfer, I was NEVER once told that my information would be scrambled. I'm not even able to search by file name. I would have declined the service. I’m extremely disappointed with Geek Squad and Best Buy. On February 12, I brought my computer in because it was completely frozen — mouse, keyboard, and USB ports weren’t working. I was told I needed to purchase a Geek Squad Membership, which I did, and paid around $200 after taxes. But when I found out that they weren’t actually going to repair it themselves and were just sending it to the manufacturer, I asked for a refund. ZERO STARS For geek squad. Bought a screen protector from them, And was told three replacement of the screen breaks first off screen breaks almost immediately and when I go to replace it, they tell me there out of stock and I have to go to another store. I bought the protector from the store. I should be able to replace it at the same store. They told me I had to go to another spice to get it replaced. I wanted to get a cell phone to replace at least 1 of my lost/stolen cell phones and I was only checking out the Motorola G Play cell phone and I was informed about their cell phones are unlocked phones and I checked out several other cell phones and I got print outs on the cell phones that interested me and I was surprised at how many I liked and wanted to buy and the sales guy was very helpful and kind and most of all very patient with me.
