After 24h they didn’t even touch my laptop I took it back, it was easy 40 min repair, they don’t care didn’t even open it.
I took my computer here and they charge tons of $$$ like half the price of your computer without even proper diagnosing the problem. The tech is not even knowledgable enough. They keep hiring these newbies. They used to be good especially that african-american man was there . He knows what he is doing. I left and I took my computer somewhere tech only charge 15$ for it. My stuff is working like brandnew.

Was having a little problem with a printer set-up called the Geek Squad and made an appointment they came out to the house and I explained what happened the tech Anthony said .oh I see what you did and within a short time my printer was up and running, thanks to the Geek Squad.
