I was hacked on the Internet and had to have a program removed from my PC ASAP. I also needed a Malware remover, installed on my PC. I asked for the manager and a gentleman by the name of Will came out . I explained my situation and he jumped on the PC immediately loaded the malware remover also deleted a program… and got me back on the road within 10 minutes. Final straw, never going back. They randomly decided to limit the amount of card game cards you could buy but didnt bother to put a sign on the cards and only told me after standing in line for ten minutes because they had two cashiers both doing returns. This store has a long history of terrible ideas and terrible support like trying to sell me on a 90 dollar hdmi cable. and having 0 knowledge on products they sell.
