“ZERO STAR SERVICE” from Best Buy and geek squad, gives the costumer run around calling different numbers and never had a good experience with them.
brought in my laptop for repair. unable to source parts after almost 2 months.(even though they are partnered with MSI) returned my laptop unfixed without communication. when i finally called and learned it had been shipped back i went to pick it up and they never returned my charger. so i gave them my laptop for almost 2 months for no reason and lost my personal belongings? these people are a joke. UPDATE: went directly to MSI, they had the issue identified and fixed in less than 24 hours. DO BETTER BEST BUY
