It’s impossible to talk directly to the store now and AI just gives you the run around. You have no choice to go to the store directly. I paid for a repair and I can’t even check if it’s ready without driving all the way there. Very poor service. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money and never will again.

Absolutely garbage!!! they leave people standing around forever in line those seats available to sit down. If you’re lucky, someone will come alone and tell you, someone will be right with you. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.!! even if you have an appointment, don’t worry your gonna still be there waiting in line. Bring a blanket and pillow.
Wow, they suck! At least three reasons why; 1. I came in the store about three hours before closing waited and waited and waited my turn and waited even longer when I was at the front of the line, then after watching me still there the whole time they finally came back and said sorry we’re not taking any more walk-ins as my boss said a while ago we’re full for the day.
