I would like to thank Matthew in the Service Repair Department for being patient and kind while trying to fix my Samsun cell phone. He finally succeeded and no more pop-ups. Our television stopped working so we called Best Buy Geek Squad Riverside to come out and take a look at the TV. Mark came out to take a look and said the TV needed 2 parts and he would order the parts and give us a call once the parts were in. A week went by with no call from Mark, then another week went by, and still no call from Mark.
