Scheduled a appointment just to go in and have them tell me to reschedule straight waste of time
I went in person & set an appointment to drop off my electronic for the next day and when I sent my family member to deliver it for me at the exact time we agreed upon , apparently I wasn’t scheduled, my warranties almost up and this process has been extremely stressful for me, that’s some bad customer service
Geek squad has saved me several times. The techs are patient with my questions and don't mind explaining things a couple of times to this frustrated grandma. That alone is worth the small yearly fee.
Horrible customer service! Couldn’t even pull up the damn account Waste of time!
