To went in at 10am told them I needed my phone same day, they made me an appointment at 1pm and said that I had to remove myself from Find My IPhone to prevent the equipment from being flagged as stolen. I went back at 1, was delayed, finally at 1:50 after they did their diagnostics they said that they don’t have the parts. To make matters worse is that they erased all my pictures from July 19,2023 until now.
Don't advertise and make an appointment to repair a printer if the on site team then informs you they don't repair printers.

Bad installs on my dishwasher and fridge. Asked multiple times for someone to come out and check them out because of the issues I’ve had on them since the install. Paid extra for the membership to cover these problems but of course you can’t get a hold of anyone. Just tried calling for the 6th time and either the phone gets disconnected or doesn’t work.
The Geek squad is amazing. I have worked with Tommy on several different problems and he is professional, knowledgeable and very patient. I couldn’t ask for better tech support.
