The Geek Squad in Best Buy in Santa Rosa is great, usually fast service & they all know what they are doing! However, service on the phone, which is directed to another place,? country, has been NO HELP at all. You stay on the phone for 1 hr, still can't resolve the problem. Can't always drive to the store, & can't seem to get directly to the Geek Squad in the store. So I gave the rating only regarding the great guys in the store. Bought a new computer last yr, they have been a great help in the store, not the phone.
