Bought a TV from best buy. Needed Geek Squad to set it up, as I don't understand technology. They did a good job setting it up. But I had some things I didn't understand how to work after a couple days. Called Geek Squad and was told it would cost $199.00 to come and just help me out! That is the biggest ripoff. There are people like me who have a hard time with technology. So I am not getting the most out of this new TV. The woman on the phone was rude, and I couldn't understand her at all! Pascal is the best! In fact everyone I deal with at Geek Squad in Danbury is awesome. They don't talk over your head and make sure you understand what you came in not understanding - they are prompt and thorough and trustworthy. So happy with everyone there - will return!
