Bought a TV from best buy. Needed Geek Squad to set it up, as I don't understand technology. They did a good job setting it up. But I had some things I didn't understand how to work after a couple days. Called Geek Squad and was told it would cost $199.00 to come and just help me out! That is the biggest ripoff. There are people like me who have a hard time with technology. So I am not getting the most out of this new TV. The woman on the phone was rude, and I couldn't understand her at all!
