My worst experience ever with a company. I had purchased my laptop from them and then a few years later I ran into problems. They said if you purchase the warranty for $195 dollars that I would be covered but then I received as call saying the repair would be an extra $150. The total was almost the cost of the laptop. They have now had if for 3 days and I have had no calls from them telling me when it would be ready. I will never do business with The Geek Squad/Best Buy again.

Came in today asking about a battery replacement for my ASUS laptop and met a middle-aged, Indian looking dude at the front counter with glasses and a bald head. He told me that they do not sell the batteries, which I perfectly understood. So I asked the TECH EXPERT to help me find the battery online since I couldn't find it the night before. There really needs to be more stars for the geek squad! On Monday, May 19, I found out that my computer had been hacked and locked. I went to my bank because I found out that my financials have been compromised so I had to get a new debit card, new credit cards, etc. My bank told me that I could not have access to online banking, which I do every single morning, Until they have proof from a professional that there is no malware on my laptop. Farukh and Joshua are both horrible geek squad members. I came in to get my laptop check and my way out I notice my laptop was not put back on. It was lifted with a screw missing. I came back to confront the problem and they wanted to argue about the screw being easily removed. They also mention how it broke. They didn’t even bother to tell me this happens until I came back and confronted the missing screw. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would recommend repair lounge down the street. Better service and way better price.
