Farukh and Joshua are both horrible geek squad members. I came in to get my laptop check and my way out I notice my laptop was not put back on. It was lifted with a screw missing. I came back to confront the problem and they wanted to argue about the screw being easily removed. They also mention how it broke. They didn’t even bother to tell me this happens until I came back and confronted the missing screw. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would recommend repair lounge down the street. Better service and way better price.

Good luck if you're calling to schedule an appointment! After holding the line for a long time, you notice they barely speak English. The guy asked my if I wanted to install a gas stove in my car! I said, are you really asking me if I want a gas stove installed in my car? He hesitated but repeated himself! I just hung up! Update: still one star. They sold me the wrong cameras, then they updated. The cameras lag awfully. They also installed the monitor and recorder in my front office where it's accessible by everyone, without... read more

They told me my laptop would be too expensive to fix, and would take several weeks to ship out, so i should just buy a new one. Then after a youtube video search I fixed it myself for 50$ in 1 day. The fact that he was wearing 2 masks was my hint not to listen to him, and it saved me 1000$ I love best buy but I feel sorry for all the people geek squad screws over
