There really needs to be more stars for the geek squad! On Monday, May 19, I found out that my computer had been hacked and locked. I went to my bank because I found out that my financials have been compromised so I had to get a new debit card, new credit cards, etc. My bank told me that I could not have access to online banking, which I do every single morning, Until they have proof from a professional that there is no malware on my laptop. Farukh and Joshua are both horrible geek squad members. I came in to get my laptop check and my way out I notice my laptop was not put back on. It was lifted with a screw missing. I came back to confront the problem and they wanted to argue about the screw being easily removed. They also mention how it broke. They didn’t even bother to tell me this happens until I came back and confronted the missing screw. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would recommend repair lounge down the street. Better service and way better price.

Good luck if you're calling to schedule an appointment! After holding the line for a long time, you notice they barely speak English. The guy asked my if I wanted to install a gas stove in my car! I said, are you really asking me if I want a gas stove installed in my car? He hesitated but repeated himself! I just hung up! Update: still one star. They sold me the wrong cameras, then they updated. The cameras lag awfully. They also installed the monitor and recorder in my front office where it's accessible by everyone, without... read more
