If you purchase something from Best Buy and setup delivery and installation, there is no way to speak to a human being in the Geek Squad department or the store itself to ask questions. All you get is AI recording. They are supposed to contact you the day before but do not. I was called the morning of the scheduled installation to tell me they don't have the product so they won't be coming. They pushed the appointment a week. Won't be doing this again.
These guys are worthless
Went to geek squad for some audio issues I have been having with my laptop, I bought at the same Best Buy 4 years ago. David helped me and was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He also made sure to walk me through the issue I so understood what happened and helped me feel less incompetent. Lol
