Made the mistake of buying a computer here and signing up for geek squad. I've been back so many times. My computer works worse everytime. I mean I'm definitely to blame because I keep coming back but dang... this thing doesn't even connect to the internet anymore. Last guy I spoke with wouldn't even pretend to fix. He just told me to get a new motem, even though I told him none of my other devices are having problems. Are they just making things worse on purpose?
If I could give zero stars I would. Said it was a quick drop off took well over 45 minutes to get nothing done. 5 guys in the back and still late for my appointment. I wouldn’t go here for anything if you paid me.
I called the online repair service for geek squad to look into tv repair at my local Best Buy in Paramus. I confirmed multiple times that they would repair the make and model of my Sony TV which I confirmed several times was not purchased at a Best Buy store. They said it didn’t matter, they had the ability to run a diagnostic in store for free and I could choose to have them fix it on site at cost. If you're looking for computer repair, take your computer elsewhere and don't buy computers from here. Don't bother with their geek squad department - they're incompetent and will require you to make multiple trips when they're unable to successfully fix whatever issues you're having. I left them a laptop that I bought directly from the store - all I needed was to have antivirus installed on the new computer and have my files transfered from my old computer to the new computer, and they couldn't even do either of those tasks... read more
The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable. Fixed my dishwasher and she saved me a lot of money
