I paid for a Window update but it appears it was not activated. I'm not sure the geek squad knows what they are doing. Every person I spoke to gave me a different "solution". They say 3rd times a charm but it's been 4x. Let's hope the "technician" figured it out. Due to the "advice" I received, it looks like I spent more money for something I didn't need.... Now I have to deal with that. Thanks geek squad.
Tried to charge me $180 to reset a laptop went to pay it then got told its yearly thing and I needed a card on file, first of all i just need my laptop reset I dont need a yearly deal so $180 for that is ridiculous.
