Had two men here last year to deliver an set up a tv. Neither could do it the right way.
The representative was extremely helpful and fixed my problem instantly.
Fairly useless for a printer problem. Once they stopped trying to set up an appointment to come out. They listened to me and realized it was not a computer problem but a printer problem... they said they couldent do anything with the actual printer.. and to call HP tech support. 10 min of my good time wasted. Disgusting!
