I was told to come here after Apple diagnostics sent me to this place. I walk in there and not only is the both the Best Buy counter staff and the geek staff rude, but then they want to charge me $675 to fix this phone. I go to a different store iPhone 911 and I get charged $20 to get something fixed, it only took 10 minutes to fix. The people a geek is like they want to order a whole new thing that cost $675. Brought my daughters car in to have front and back dash cam installed. When I spoke to the tech before installation, I told him it was important that they didn't run the wires across the air bags in the frame, but he didn't listen. The job was done shoty and they tried to cram all the extra wires into the roof instead of down at the firewall. Apple support made appointment with geek squad for my ipad just purchased, but when I got there Stated appointment was canceled But Best Buy service, had patience, respect for me as SENIOR, took care of my issues with iPad🫶
They are great! They're friendly, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. I have a yearly contract with them that I have maintained for 5 years. It's a really great deal. They service my computer & I can call 24hrs 7 days a week if I run across any problems or questions. I highly recommend them.
