So hard to get in contact with them. No phones in the stores. Web support non existent. Very frustrated with new computer purchase. I want to return the whole thing. Including the lame BestBuy Total subscription program which is worthless.
Kenny and Kolya had provided amazing help and assistance with a computer hardware issue. Although it did take around 2 and a half months of appointments and multiple sessions bringing my computer to geek squad, Kenny and Kolya were extremely accommodating and understanding. Great folks working at Best Buy.

They lack basic customer service skill. I went there as my phone was not turning on. Without even looking at the phone they just asked me to send the phone to apple. Later found out the phone just needed a hard restart. Not trying these basic stuffs clearly show their lack of interest in providing a bare minimum service.
