They lack basic customer service skill. I went there as my phone was not turning on. Without even looking at the phone they just asked me to send the phone to apple. Later found out the phone just needed a hard restart. Not trying these basic stuffs clearly show their lack of interest in providing a bare minimum service.
I heard rumors about geek squad before, and I know they might not be the best for solving all types of laptop issues like data damage or notebook inlet. However my own experience with them is pretty good, they helped me to remove stripped screws on my laptop and I believe they are the best for solving this kind of minor issues.
