Genuinely the worst people alive ever who are employed here. Absolutely terrible tone when speaking with me and no patience for explanation. Treated me like I’m crazy for asking to speak with someone experienced in repairs as if that’s not the sole reason why I am in the shop. The two gingers, the desk boy and the big shot supervisor, are genuinely the rudest men who have walked the earth. So hard to get in contact with them. No phones in the stores. Web support non existent. Very frustrated with new computer purchase. I want to return the whole thing. Including the lame BestBuy Total subscription program which is worthless.
Kenny and Kolya had provided amazing help and assistance with a computer hardware issue. Although it did take around 2 and a half months of appointments and multiple sessions bringing my computer to geek squad, Kenny and Kolya were extremely accommodating and understanding. Great folks working at Best Buy.
