made TWO appointments through my apple care to get my phone screen replaced like 2-3 weeks apart, drove 40 mins to get there, and every SINGLE time i got told the only tech called out. apparently only one person can fix phone screens at a business who’s main repairs are phone screens. absolute bullshit. that tech needs to be fire

As long as you make an appointment everything is good.
They keep my on line for three hours and never got it fixed. I asked if someone could come to my house to fix the problem. Yes they will for124.95. Ok when will come out? Sorry I will have to pay first and then they will setup an appointment. I said BS. I will NEVER use Best Buy or the useless geek squad again. I called a local service, he came to the house that day and fixed my problem in about thirty minutes and it was no where near 124.95 I mean not even close.
