As long as you make an appointment everything is good.
They keep my on line for three hours and never got it fixed. I asked if someone could come to my house to fix the problem. Yes they will for124.95. Ok when will come out? Sorry I will have to pay first and then they will setup an appointment. I said BS. I will NEVER use Best Buy or the useless geek squad again. I called a local service, he came to the house that day and fixed my problem in about thirty minutes and it was no where near 124.95 I mean not even close.
I am very irritated because I had an appointment for an installation of a dash cam schedule at 9:00 a.m. I had phone reminders for this morning's appointment. It's now 9:40. I've been here almost an hour and not a soul is able to provide any help. Their 1-800 support line tried to connect me with another line. They automatically disconnected the call, saying I was outside the normal business hours (which should have started at 8:00 a.m. Central Time). It is 9:30 Eastern which is well past that start time!
Overall awful. I had an issue with a Microsoft Surface, where I was not able to switch from one user profile to the other. When I dropped it off, I was convinced to pay the yearly membership fee of $180 because otherwise I'd have to pay $200+ for a diagnostic and Operating System work. I asked the tech if I would have to pay the diagnostic and Operating System work fees if they were unable to fix the computer and he said "No, but I'm 90% confident we'll be able to fix this.", so I signed up for the membership. 4 days later, ... read more
