DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM ME AND KEEP LYING TO ME. Something has happened to Best Buy. They have lost their minds. I have used Best Buy for so many years! Both personally and for business. I have spent so much with them. We are a very great customer. We have Geek Squad forever, and now have their new, even higher end service. They have little to no knowledge about technology. Went there because my cellphone was hacked. First thing the guy says was uggghhh, cell phones can't be hacked that way. What!?. They need manual professions.
Took my laptop there that was water damaged and the first thing the guy tried to do is to turn it on when it’s the only thing you’re not supposed to do in this situation
