This Geek Squad in East Hanover has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service even if your are a Best Buy Total Member. My laptop wasn't connecting to the internet so I took it to Geek Squad. The teenager who works there told me that it's one of two problems. A minor issue that would cost $250 or a major issue in which I should replace my laptop. Was at Geek squad East Hanover to replace a laptop battery. I brought the new battery as requested but just the labor was quoted as $200. This was for my son in college. The first representative said they need to wipe OS and reinstall that’s why it costs more. When I asked the details the second guy said it’s because they need to install some diagnostic software. $200 is a rip off just change the battery for a normal laptop. Not going back.
