a 2 year old knows more about computers than geek squad. i brought in a brand new laptop to be looked at and on the service ticket they put it was scratched. blatant liars. it was brand new and never actually used because i was waiting to upgrade the ram. which was impossible on a dell xps 9530. dells are garbage these days. going to leave them a review next. i tried upgrading ram with 3 different sets of ram and got all errors. stay away from best buy and geek squad. they are terrible

Somewhat expensive prices but other than that it’s quick fixing for basic device problems like screens, busted speakers, etc
They were lying and trying to scam me.
