Employees make you feel uncomfortable and they are rude. Unprofessional attitude and clothing.
Been here multiple times. Disappointed every time. Not one person has an ounce of respect in them. In a customer service job, that is the bare minimum. I made an appointment but apparently that doesn’t matter because they “don’t have the part”. If you don’t have the means to fix an electronic (which is the point of geek squad anyway…) that’s understandable. The blatant disrespect and rudeness is what gets me.
Worst experience ever. Aapt was at 340. It is 454 and I am still here waiting. They had to run a simple diagnostics on airpods, and they finally just got a 3rd person to do it, who knew what she was doing. Meanwhile, the whole time we were standing here, nobody updated us on anything. Would have been nice if somebody could have atleast updated us.
