I will give no star if that’s an option!!! My iPad touch screen stopped working and I called Apple support. They pulled up a list of in person tech support and so I picked Bestbuy as it was closest to me. What a mistake. After bunch of diagnostics they said I need a replacement and I had to pay the full price. I reminded them this iPad is less than a year old still under warranty. My experience with Geek Squad at the Best Buy Shady Grove location was disappointing. After bringing in my desktop to fix the C drive, they insisted I buy their external hard drive to temporarily transfer files, which felt like a scheme. They also pushed unnecessary upgrades and refused to troubleshoot a BIOS issue. Overall, very poor customer service and a frustrating experience DO NOT GO THERE I have bestbuy credit card decided to close it today since I received a very poor customer service
Horrible costumer service out you are here for apple repairs don’t come especially for accidental damage they won’t replace anything all they do is fix screens
Two appointments they didn't show up I am so disappointed. And when I went to best buy they were not helpful. Like they were just not trying.
Great customer service. The only issue I have is that some repairs have to be sent out to 3rd parties Fast turn around times though!
