Disappointment!! Long story short...My ONE computer that I desperately needed for my business, was left on the Geek Squad repair shelf for three days before there was evidence anyone even looked at it. It was estimated that I could pick up on the day before I retrieved. But I even gave them one more day of grace to figure out why I couldn't be serviced by the remote Geek team. I went in without a reservation to get myself a second opinion on a battery problem I thought I’d figured out before making a repair parts purchase. I got nothing but kind service that was both knowledgeable and friendly. They didn’t try to force me into purchasing their products or services but laid out several options that could work for me, and were straightforward with expected costs and return timelines. And I wasn’t even a Best Buy geek squad member. I’d go back to them anytime.
