I had a terrible experience at the Bailey’s Crossroads Best Buy/Geek Squad. I made a reservation to replace my iPhone battery and even called the number listed beforehand to confirm details, but the call was routed to someone overseas who couldn’t help me at all. When I arrived for my appointment the next day, I was told the battery wasn’t available. Would never advise no one to buy their warranties. It is very sneaky and never to the point. Hidden disclosures and misleading. Also the people that manages it are pretty much untrained and have no knowledge whatsoever
