I needed a screen replacement for my galaxy s24 ultra asap, so I called to see if they could do it and had to talk to an awful ai answering system which eventually got me through to a person in a call center who said "I don't know, I'm not able to contact the store or connect you. You'll have to go in." So I drove there and stood around waiting for someone to show up at the desk. Went here to get some sand blown out my laptop, and the guy broke and damaged the bottom of my laptop. It’s a month later and I’m still working with a manager to get a repaired. Edit: this happened in may and it is now July and nothing has happened.
