We have used Geek Squad several times for laptop repairs and they have not disappointed. Always prompt, professional service at the Springfield store.
Went here to get some sand blown out my laptop, and the guy broke and damaged the bottom of my laptop. It’s a month later and I’m still working with a manager to get a repaired. Edit: this happened in may and it is now July and nothing has happened.

The Geek Squad here is quite scammy. They are indeed polite unlike at the Alexandria location but the tech person here tries to upcharge you on everything. He won’t take no for an answer if you decline the Best Buy Total membership. I finally relented to his pressure to get it and then decided to cancel after a few minutes. He then proceeded to sneakily print out an itemized refund receipt for me but NOT process the refund through my bank, thus double charging me for both the membership and the individual service, thus charg... read more
