Extremely Disappointed!!! The staff here are ignorant, rude, and completely unhelpful. It was a huge waste of time coming here. We made an appointment, but still weren’t seen until almost half an hour later. The employees seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, and their attitude was just plain disrespectful. I honestly don’t understand how the Geek Squad is still in service if they’re going to hire people who don’t know how to fix devices or treat customers properly. Definitely do not recommend coming here.

Customer service and communication is abysmal. They are rude, dismissive and dishonest. Including the manager. During a phone call, I was hung up on. So, I went to the store to talk to the manager, after speaking to him, it's was clear why the have a 2 star rating. There was no use in speaking with the manager, he didn't listen, and insinuated that I was untruthful, and took up for the employee, rather than remain impartial.
