Made a appointment they don't fix amazon tablets but they sell it and only replace with warranty if u purchased there didn't think that should matter if you want to fix a screen looks like only warranty items get replaced not repaired on site sometimes you have personal pictures data etc replacement can't fix the issue not sure what they do cover here for fixing not the first time they couldn't assist in repair
