I scheduled an appointment for January 14th, 2026, at 4:40pm, through my Apple account to replace a phone battery at the Geek Squad/Best Buy of of Mall Boulevard in Victorville. I walk in right on time, and after being asked how I can be helped, I explain I have an appointment at 4:40pm to replace my phone battery. Let me tell you one thing if you don't know the extension give up on trying to get a hold of them. Their automated service sucks to the max but the personal service face-to-face, especially with Ruben or Patrick is awesome sauce. August 2025. OK wait wait wait wait I actually saved over $800 with these guys so put that in your five star review. I'm looking over the other Google reviews. I'm saying you guys need to give some incentive to your happy customers and update your timeline hello
Went there and got free advice didn't get charged other places we're going to charge me just for the advice they did a great job
Keeping this one short, the guys are courteous, knowledgeable and straight to the point. They will tell what they can do and what they can’t. Fixed my iPhone quick and properly and that’s all I care about
