First off i called the store the day prior to ask about an appointment i had planned for today . I repeatedly asked over the phone due to my back glass being cracked if they’d still be able to do the battery replacement and i was told yes over and over then comes to the day of the appointment i was told they were not able to do my phone today due to being backed up regardless of my appointment and due to my back glass they couldn’t do it furthermore. i’m beyond upset this is completely ridiculous honestly horrible service at... read more

They always do a great job when working on my gaming PC. I believe Will is the gentleman who usually works on it and does great work and shows pride of work through his clean installs. There was an issue with bent pins on motherboard I noticed after picking it up and he fixed it back quickly. The appointment process is kind of weird here because they never give you a definitive date as to when the work will be done but they usually always get it done the same day. My experience with Geek Squad inside Best Buy today was horrible. My son had an appointment scheduled for 12:40 PM to have his cracked screen repaired. We live in Conway, and depending on traffic, it’s about a 30–45 minute drive on a good day. When we arrived, an employee asked how he could help us. After explaining that we had an appointment, he examined my son’s phone to make sure nothing else was wrong. Shortly after, my son told me that his appointment had to be rescheduled.
