20 minutes of waiting for geek squad to answer the phone but nothing....
My experience with Geek Squad inside Best Buy today was horrible. My son had an appointment scheduled for 12:40 PM to have his cracked screen repaired. We live in Conway, and depending on traffic, it’s about a 30–45 minute drive on a good day. When we arrived, an employee asked how he could help us.
