I ask for a simple thing. Transfer the 4TB HDD that I bought and had everything set up how I liked it, and just Transfer the old 2TB data to the new 2Tb... They went and downgraded my Windows 10 Professional 64 bit to Windows 11 home without even asking me. Thankfully Refresh Computers in Longwood actually KNOWS what they are doing and will fix what stupid Geeksquad messed up without permission or consent... I came to this store with my Macbook on SUNDAY the screen was dead! Due to the turnaround time I couldn't leave it, for I had a pressing report I needed to get out ASAP. Lukas suggested I could simply use another monitor or a TV just so that I can meet that deadline. It had never even occurred to me to try something like that. It worked perfect... I coined that method the Lukas Hybrid method. Thank You Lukas, YOU ROCK!

Without an appointment I arrived with one of my MacBooks that had an issue I could not resolve on my own. As other appointments were a no-show, Kyle kindly welcomed me and addressed my concern expeditiously. He explained what the issue was, how it occurred -in my case- and all my options to resolve and restore my Mac to tip-top shape. I went there for a battery replacement, and they broke my Taptic Engine. Attempted to fix it and eventually js told me to deal with it, even tho they broke it in the first place. Had to go to a different location for them to replace my phone.
