Geek solved my problem today but may have caused the problem last week.
On the phone I was told that they would look at my pc and tell me why it won’t power on, free of charge but I had to make an appointment. Once I was in the store they try selling me a 100$/year plan for a top tier diagnostic and if I didn’t get the plan it was still 100$ for the basic diagnostic test. Didn’t even bother looking at the pc. Waste of time. If the basic was 50$ would have considered it. Rip off and bunch of liars
I went there for a battery replacement, and they broke my Taptic Engine while doing the battery replacement. So after they replaced the Taptic Engine and it still didn’t work, so I went back again. They told me they can’t fix it and im going to have to bring it to Apple and pay out of pocket for it. Then I explained that they broke it in the first place. She still said there nothing they could do.
The worst experience I’ve had ever. I purchased a printer from amazon but not being technical I hired a geek squad technician to come and hook it up, I spent $106.00. The guy shows up and can’t fix the printer it’s damaged so I have to return to Amazon. He then tells me that Best Buy had a very good printer on sale for 79.99 he encouraged me to get it, I needed a printer fast, so I said ok order it, gave him my credit card, he keyed the info into his phone, I asked for a receipt and he said I would get an email with the orde... read more
