I had 5 viruses on my lap top all of a sudden. called Best Buys Geek Squad. A gentlemen took over my pc in about 5 minutes and worked on it for about 30 minutes and completely wiped it clean. Just wanted him to know and the squad that I was so happy and thrilled at his service and knowledge as to fixing it in such a timely manner. Last time I replaced a battery in my iPhone it took one hour. I made an appointment for my iPhone to replace the battery, today the customer agent tells me 1 hour for security to deactivate, then another 3 hours to replace the battery. Should I have gotten a hotel room? Ridiculous, I left in disgust.
