The absolute worst customer service. My mom took in her old computer and asked them to make a copy of it onto a external hard drive. In doing so, they also erased the original computer! She isn't the best at computers but they made her feel like a complete moron. I called up to figure out what they did since she couldn't explain it to me and they were beyond rude.
