The worker named Benardo (I believe thats how you spell his name) was very communicative throughout the entire process. The Pc runs perfectly and was built exactly how I wanted.
Very helpful group of people, got me through a few troubleshooting issues quick and easily
I would give them 0 starts if I could. They are a whole bunch of scammers. I have been paying for the membership for 2 years / $179.99 each year. Never made a claim and when I went to the store to fix the VR they told me it was under last year membership and won't be covered. Hours and hours on the phone with Geek Squard trying to understand why the membership was split. Never got a clear response or a solution.
