Made an appointment as requested per their website for a phone repair. We pay the annual Geek Squad repair fee is why we wanted to take the phone to Best Buy. Even though we had an appointment, we had to stand i line and wait almost 20 minutes to speak with a representative. Explained that the phone would not charge. Phone was taken back for less than 3 minutes for a diagnostic report. Representative came back that the I phone was an older model (6S) and that updates need to be made.
