Be warned! If your product is 4 years old they won't even give you a chance! Went in for a consultation on a broken laptop screen and because it was from 2021 they wouldn't even try to fix it. They'd offer me "a great deal" on a new PC in store though! Go somewhere else. Staff was bored and uninterested unless you wanted a whole new product. Don't go to the geeks!

My computer fan was making loud noises so I took it to get it looked at. After 10 minutes they said my fan was broken and sent on my way. Brought my computer to a local computer shop to get fixed they said my fan wasn’t broken but my battery was bloated and needed to be replaced. I mentioned what geeksquad said they said the probably never looked at it cause the fan is very clearly not broken and the battery is bloated. DO NOT RECOMMEND GEEK SQUAD THEY ARE AWFUL

This place is terrible. I set an appointment to have someone come to my house for a PC issue. My appointment was between on Saturday between 12-4. 430 rolls by, I had to call to see what’s going on, they canceled but decided I didn’t need to know. Rescheduled for a different day. Got a call the day before saying he would be here between 2-6, most likely right at 2. Stayed home from work, 330 rolls around, I call and they said it has been canceled. Why? The guy got ‘sick’. DO NOT WASTE your money in purchasing a WARRANTY on your laptop with the Manager in charge right now. He is rude and arrogant and very unprofessional. The young man at the counter took my laptop removed the felt piece I had on the keys ... and took in back several times. I purchased laptop because it had 8 plus hours use time. It now has about 4 hours. Which means the battery needs replacing. He said HP would not replace battery because it is working. He sarcastically said I can send it buy you will be without it for 10 plus... read more
