Elderly beware....the WORST customer service. If you need help GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They can't answer questions. Tried to help elderly parent and I can't even get help. TERRIBLE. Best buy is the WORST BUY.

Very good places , Krish was the person I have the opportunity to talked with , very nice man , he explained everything he knows about technology , very good attention I recommend it.
Lazy and terrible service. Attempted to repair iPhone screen here, what a joke. Tech was about to clock out... why would you let me make an appointment for 5pm if this doesn't work? Terrible service, poorly managed store. Go somewhere else. Wasted 30 minutes for nothing.
