Where is the zero rating! Geek squad is an absolute joke corporate rip-off.... You people are terrible do not stand behind your warranties and I wasted money on you. I'm never going to do it again and I'm going to create a blog period and blast you on the internet.
Wait 30min to purchase tv no one came!
I have had Geek Squad for over 10 years and they have always fixed my problems and have been very polite.
What a joke!!!. Hired them, paid once to send a guy out to make sure outlet was working (husband already checked) sent another guy *and another fee* to do a diagnostic, he didn't have the right tools. 3 weeks later, he's supposed to come back. He was a no call no-show. Almost $300 for NOTHING. Hired an IT guy, fixed in 3 days. Geek Squad is a joke!! Calling center where you can't even understand their English, a BIGGER JOKE. Negative zero on reviews. They suck
