DO NOT bother coming here. The staff is so rude and it will be a waste of your time. It was the closest location to my house (an hour away) I get there early and ask if I can go ahead and drop my phone (with no expectations of them starting it early) and they tell me no so I come back later just to be greeted with attitude and be told they don’t have a screen in stock to be able to replace it. It's like they're trained in the opposite of customer service. They're so geared to deny customers unearned services for fear of being screwed that theyre just preemptively condescending and dismissive.
Oscar is the laziest, most unprofessional, and downright dishonest person I’ve ever come across. He tried to scam me by charging for work that was 100% covered under the workmanship warranty. To make it worse, he forced me to pay for wires that are clearly included in the warranty. Absolute scammer — avoid at all costs.
First, an employee flatly pretended I wasnt there when I spoke to him directly as he walked by. Second, the employee that did help me acted rushed despite there being a line consisting of one other person total and was weirdly passive aggressive the entire time.
This Geek Squad is a waste of time. I made an appointment two days prior to replace a battery in a iPhone 12. I get there and I’m told they don’t have the battery in stock. I would have to leave my phone with them for a week until the battery comes in. Ridiculous.
