Got my front and back glass replaced at this location in September of 2025. Everything worked fine until I got the phone anywhere close to water. I went Kayaking and had the phone in my bag which never even got submerged in water, and now there's moisture underneath every single camera lens. This would mean that whoever did the repair, completely botched the water seal that is supposed to prevent water from getting in there. Now I need a completely new phone. Thanks guys!
recently over 8 years old Sony 65 inches flat screen Sony TV got trip because of Voltage issue and when we call to Geek Squad service they fix it within a week - Excellent Customer service.
DO NOT bother coming here. The staff is so rude and it will be a waste of your time. It was the closest location to my house (an hour away) I get there early and ask if I can go ahead and drop my phone (with no expectations of them starting it early) and they tell me no so I come back later just to be greeted with attitude and be told they don’t have a screen in stock to be able to replace it. It's like they're trained in the opposite of customer service. They're so geared to deny customers unearned services for fear of being screwed that theyre just preemptively condescending and dismissive.
Oscar is the laziest, most unprofessional, and downright dishonest person I’ve ever come across. He tried to scam me by charging for work that was 100% covered under the workmanship warranty. To make it worse, he forced me to pay for wires that are clearly included in the warranty. Absolute scammer — avoid at all costs.
