Although it was not busy since students left tiwn they took more than two days to remove malware. Moreover they would not reinstall microsoft on another computer and recommended a private store. The staff members I encounter at this store seem generally reluctant to help.
Couldn’t get anyone on the phone when scheduling this appointment to let me know if the necessary part was in stock. Went in to the store. Paid. Was told the part would arrive in 3-5 days. 11 days, 3 transfers, 1 dropped call, 1 unanswered message and an actual trip to Best Buy later, I still have no idea when the part is expected (nobody can tell me anything but “the status is ‘in repair’”).
