Sadly, my experience with the Geek Squad member yesterday was frustrating beyond belief. After two hours of patiently watching the the Geek Squad agent repeatedly try the same thing and get the same result, listening to him repeatedly say, "That's what I don't like about Google docs", watching him look up (on his phone) how to attach Google docs to an email, and then hearing him say he's just trying to learn about Google...the issue I was having with my phone was not resolved. After being allowed to sit there for 30 min a second agent comes up and tells me I have to make an appointment. Would have been nice if the first agent, who knew I didn't have an appointment, had told me no walk-ins instead of telling me to take a seat. 5 stars for wasting my time.

I spent over 45 minutes calling this store not only regularly, but two separate in-store extensions as well! 0 response. The whistling hold music never stopped unless being transferred to their call center after about 5 minutes each time. The IVR is terrible, but trust me, that's all you will EVER get. Don't waste your time here, hit up a different company for your fixes! Best Buy doesn't deserve a penny.
