Geek Squad is the worst insurance you can have. The customer service is the worst.
The only reason I gave 4 Stars is when I walked to the desk and spoke to the one of the guys from Geek Squad that came to assist me he didn’t speak and went straight into “How may I help you”? So, I spoke again and he said the same thing. I work with the public every day and I teach the Importance of Good Customer Service to my staff. I’m just happy that another young man came out to help. Don't waste your money on geek squad/best buy help. Two weeks it takes for somebody to come to your house. Call somebody else and save money.
They offer the best service!!!
Had a great experience here! Even though they could not fix the screen on my laptop because I did not buy it from best buy and they didn’t even have the parts, they still helped me make my user experience better by assisting in anyway they could with no charge. Extremely nice staff here!
