Was sold 3 iPhones and was told that I would get full credit for the phone purchase and that no charges would appear on my ATT account for the phones. However, when I turned the phones into my local store where I live they informed me that was not the case. Even though I had a receipt stating otherwise. So I am out 700.00 because they essentially lied to me.

Both Jordans were very helpful. They were both knowledgeable, patient, honest and kind. If your tech is fixable, they’ll fix it.
