Always helpful and friendly, very worth the subscription cost
Don’t waste your money! The diagnostic performed by the technician was reading the help/troubleshooting section on the manufacture’s website. All the information they provided, q I had already found with a simple google search.
Negative 10 would not recommend. I have never dealt with tech support that does not even look at your computer and immediately says it needs to be wiped. You rule out everything first before you even get to that step. They also tried selling me some yearly subscription before even looking at my computer.
