Everything is wrong with them. They act like they're doing you a favor and like you are guilty of something. Always trying to find a way to blame you and not helping you.
Beware ordering any of their products online for in-store purchases don't believe the ETA for pick up. They don't care, they already have your money. Lesson learned.

I was asking him regarding the laptop I bought and he said he doesn't know what kind of gaming laptop it is. what even worst is HE DROPPED THE LAPTOP I BOUGHT AND He SMIRKED WHILE LOOKING AT ME.
