They called me to pick up my computer and when I went to the store in Best Buy Aventura, they made me wait for more than an hour for the technicians, whom I did not need at all, just to go get me the computer, Quite idiotic.

No lleven su computadora a reparar lleve mi computadora con una línea en la pantalla y 3 meses después me la regresan totalmente mala. Me dicen que me regresan el $$ pago de la reparación y la computadora totalmente mala. Que la lleve a HP. Y HP me dijo que se la llevara a geek squad ...no se quieren hacer responsable de nada.
