"you need a new hard drive" is what they always tell me. Then when I got my computer back my power light ring kept blinking after 15- 30 minutes. When I called back all I got was constant arguing about the computer being just fine and they refused to give me an explanation. They told me I could bring it with a fifteen minute time limit.
